Our beliefs are simple…

1. The Authority of Scripture. 

We believe the Bible is God’s Word to mankind.  It is fully authoritative and sufficient.  Nothing needs to be added to it or taken away.

2. The Uniqueness of the Christian Faith. 

We believe that the Bible teaches that Jesus was both fully God and fully man, and that salvation is only found through Him.  We do not believe that Jesus is one of many ways to God.  We believe that He is the only way to God. 

 

3. The Importance of Holy Living.

We believe that followers of Jesus are called to holy living.  We believe that when God forgives us of our sins in salvation, He also makes us new creations.  Our goal as fully devoted followers of Christ is to live this new life through the power of the Holy Spirit. This will be done out by growth through discipleship and a willingness to answer the call the Lord will place on your life. All those who gladly affirm these three core beliefs are considered part of the LWC family.
